Storing the conversation is what lets you search your message history, filter leads by what they asked about, and keep a record of every customer conversation in one place. That's what makes it a CRM rather than a notepad. What we don't do: we never use your messages to train AI models, and we never sell or share your data. Contacts you haven't added as leads are never read or stored — your personal chats stay personal. You can delete any lead, along with its conversation history, at any time.

Syncdo works inside WhatsApp Web in your browser — the same way you'd use WhatsApp in any browser tab. No automation bots, no unofficial channels.
