Why I built Syncdo

I ran a business that lived entirely on WhatsApp. Every customer conversation, every order, every follow-up — all of it happened in chat, because that’s where my customers actually were.

The problem wasn’t WhatsApp. The problem was that WhatsApp was never built to be a CRM. I’d lose track of who I’d promised to follow up with. I’d scroll back through old messages trying to remember what someone had ordered last time. I’d copy-paste the same rate update to fifty different chats, one at a time, because there was no faster way to do it.

I looked at the tools that existed. Some synced WhatsApp into a CRM I’d have to buy and learn separately. Others bolted on an online store I didn’t need. None of them just gave me a real, complete CRM — built for WhatsApp, working the way WhatsApp actually works.

So I built one.
