Built on modern, secure infrastructure

Syncdo runs on the same cloud infrastructure trusted by thousands of modern applications. Your data is stored in Supabase (built on PostgreSQL, a widely trusted database system), our backend runs on Railway, and our website and dashboard are served through Vercel’s global network. All connections to Syncdo — whether you’re using the extension or the dashboard — are encrypted using HTTPS.

We only store what’s needed to run your CRM

Syncdo stores information about contacts you’ve explicitly added as leads — their details and your conversation history with them — because that’s what a CRM needs to function. We don’t read, store, or process your entire WhatsApp account, only the contacts and conversations you bring into Syncdo. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

How AI fits in

When Syncdo analyses a conversation to detect intent or draft a reply, that conversation content is sent to OpenAI’s API for processing. This is a standard, secure API call — the same kind of integration used by thousands of AI-powered products. We do not use your data, or your customers’ data, to train AI models.

  • Data is deleted from active systems within 6 months of account closure (longer only where required by law, such as billing records)

Not yet. We're a focused, early-stage product built on secure, modern infrastructure, and we're transparent about exactly what that means today rather than claiming certifications we don't have. As Syncdo grows, formal certification is something we plan to pursue.

No. Syncdo only processes conversations with contacts you've explicitly added as leads in the CRM. Your personal chats and any contacts you haven't added to Syncdo are never read, stored, or processed.

Only you and your team members (if you're on a plan with multiple seats), through your authenticated Syncdo account. Our infrastructure providers (Supabase, Railway, Vercel, OpenAI) process data only as needed to operate the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Your data is preserved if you move to the Free plan. If you delete your account entirely, your data is removed from our active systems within 6 months.
