Go to app.syncdo.co and sign up with your email. You'll be asked a few quick questions about your business — your industry, what you sell, and your preferred language (English, Hindi, or Hinglish). This takes about a minute, and it's what lets Syncdo's AI ground its drafts and summaries in what you actually sell.
Syncdo comes with a set of professional message templates you can use right away — edit, add, or remove any of them anytime in Settings. The business details you shared also ground the AI's drafts and summaries in how you actually sell.
Install Syncdo from the Chrome Web Store. It takes one click, and it doesn't replace or change WhatsApp Web — it adds a floating panel inside it.
Open WhatsApp Web as you normally would. Syncdo's panel appears automatically. Enter your Syncdo API key (found in your dashboard under Settings) to connect — this links your specific WhatsApp number to your Syncdo account.
Open any conversation with a customer. If they're already a lead in Syncdo, you'll see their stage, an AI summary, and their history instantly. If they're new, click 'Add as Lead' — it takes a few seconds, and Syncdo starts tracking that conversation from there.
Try the Templates tab to send a pre-built message, or click 'Draft Reply' to see AI generate a complete response based on the conversation. Edit anything before sending — you're always in control.
