Go to app.syncdo.co and sign up with your email. You'll be asked a few quick questions about your business — your industry, what you sell, and your preferred language (English, Hindi, or Hinglish). This takes about a minute, and it's what lets Syncdo's AI personalise your templates and intent categories specifically for your business.
Based on what you tell us, Syncdo's AI generates a starting set of message templates and intent categories built for your specific business — not generic ones. You can edit, add, or remove any of these later in Settings.
Install Syncdo from the Chrome Web Store. It takes one click, and it doesn't replace or change WhatsApp Web — it adds a floating panel inside it.
Open WhatsApp Web as you normally would. Syncdo's panel appears automatically. Enter your Syncdo API key (found in your dashboard under Settings) to connect — this links your specific WhatsApp number to your Syncdo account.
Open any conversation with a customer. If they're already a lead in Syncdo, you'll see their stage, AI-detected intent, and a summary instantly. If they're new, click 'Add as Lead' — it takes a few seconds, and Syncdo starts tracking that conversation from there.
Try the Templates tab to send a pre-built message, or click 'Draft Reply' to see AI generate a complete response based on the conversation. Edit anything before sending — you're always in control.
