Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Syncdo, including our Chrome extension, web dashboard, and website (together, the “Service”), operated by Infix Commercial (“Syncdo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.


1. Who Can Use Syncdo

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, and have the authority to enter into a binding agreement, to create an account and use Syncdo. If you are using Syncdo on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms.


2. What Syncdo Is

Syncdo is a Chrome extension and web dashboard that adds CRM functionality — including lead management, AI-powered intent detection, draft replies, and pipeline tracking — on top of WhatsApp Web. Syncdo is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by WhatsApp Inc., WhatsApp LLC, or Meta Platforms, Inc. “WhatsApp” is a trademark of WhatsApp LLC.


3. Your WhatsApp Account and Compliance

Syncdo operates inside your existing WhatsApp Web session in your browser. You are solely responsible for your own use of WhatsApp and for complying with WhatsApp’s own Terms of Service and policies.

Syncdo does not use bulk messaging, automation that violates WhatsApp’s policies, or unofficial APIs to access WhatsApp — it is designed to work the same way you would manually use WhatsApp Web in a browser, enhanced with a CRM layer. However, Syncdo is not liable for any action WhatsApp takes against your account, including warnings, restrictions, or bans, whether or not related to your use of Syncdo. You use WhatsApp at your own risk and discretion, and you are responsible for ensuring your usage patterns (message volume, content, and frequency) remain consistent with normal, human-driven use.


4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Syncdo to:

  • Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or content that violates WhatsApp’s policies
  • Engage in any illegal activity, harassment, or fraud
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the Service
  • Use the Service to violate the privacy or rights of any third party
  • Resell, sublicense, or provide access to the Service to others outside the scope of your subscription’s permitted seats

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.


5. Accounts, Plans, and Seats

Syncdo offers different subscription plans (Free, Starter, Growth, Pro) with different limits on contacts, WhatsApp numbers, and team members, as described on our Pricing page. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys, and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Account sharing beyond your plan’s permitted number of WhatsApp numbers and team seats is not permitted.


6. Payment Terms

6.1 Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, as selected at checkout. Payments are processed by our payment partner, Cashfree.

6.2 Free trial

Paid plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial, if you have not subscribed to a paid plan, your account will automatically move to the Free plan and retain access only to Free plan features and limits. Your data is preserved.

6.3 Refund policy

The 14-day free trial exists specifically so you can evaluate Syncdo before paying. Once a payment has been made, we do not offer refunds, except where required by applicable law. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access to your paid plan’s features until the end of your current billing period — you will not be charged again after cancellation.

6.4 Price changes

We may change our pricing from time to time. We will provide reasonable advance notice of any price changes that affect your active subscription.


7. Data Ownership

Your data belongs to you. Syncdo acts as a processor of the business and customer data you input into the Service — we do not claim ownership over your leads, contacts, conversations, notes, or any other content you create or store in Syncdo. You can request export or deletion of your data at any time, as described in our Privacy Policy.


8. Service Availability

We aim to keep Syncdo available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or factors outside our control. We are not liable for losses arising from temporary unavailability of the Service.


9. Intellectual Property

Syncdo, including its software, design, branding, and content (excluding your own data), is owned by Infix Commercial and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or branding except as necessary to use the Service as intended.


10. Termination

10.1 By you

You may stop using Syncdo and cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.

10.2 By us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or harmful activity, or if required by law. Where reasonably possible, we will provide notice before termination.

10.3 Effect of termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy’s data retention and deletion practices.


11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that AI-generated content (such as draft replies or intent detection) will always be accurate, complete, or appropriate for your specific use case — you are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before relying on it or sending it to your customers.


12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Infix Commercial and Syncdo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.


13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Infix Commercial and Syncdo from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights, including WhatsApp’s Terms of Service.


14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service, and update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of Syncdo after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.


15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.
