How much is actually closing this month?

A deal carries a value and an outcome, so the answer is a number instead of a guess. Your own stages, your own currency, on a board that totals every column.

Someone asks how the month is going. You guess.

You know the pipeline is busy because your chat list is busy. But busy is not a number. Which conversations are real business, what is each one worth, and how much of it is likely to land before the month ends? Without somewhere to write that down, the honest answer is a shrug and a feeling.

And a lead stage does not answer it either. Knowing someone is “interested” tells you about the person, not about the money.

Know where you stand

Every deal, with a number on it.

Open a deal against a lead, give it a value, and move it through the stages your business actually uses. Won and lost are outcomes, not just another column — so what you closed and what you lost are countable, and the board shows what each stage is worth right now.

  • Your own deal stages, named and ordered the way you sell
  • A value on every deal, and a separate closing value when it lands
  • Won, lost or cancelled — outcomes you can count, not stages you have to interpret
  • The board totals each column, so the pipeline has a figure
  • Every stage change and reassignment recorded with who did it and when

How it works

  1. 1Open a deal on a lead from the panel or the dashboard
  2. 2Give it a value and move it through your deal stages
  3. 3Close it won or lost — the board and your reports update together

A deal is not a lead stage

The lead stage tracks the person — new, contacted, interested, hot. Every contact has one and it is free on every plan.

A deal tracks a specific piece of business: its own stages, a value, and a won or lost outcome. One lead can have several deals over time — a customer who bought last quarter and is quoting again is one lead with two deals.

Neither replaces the other. The lead stage answers “how warm is this person?” The deal stage answers “where is this business, and what is it worth?”

Deals are on Essentials and up. The free plan has leads, stages, notes and history — the CRM without the money layer.

Questions, answered.

Yes, and that is the normal case for a repeat customer. Each deal has its own stages, value and outcome, so a customer who bought last quarter and is quoting again shows as one lead with two deals rather than one record you overwrite.

Yes. Deal stages are yours to name and order in Settings, separately from your lead stages. They are two different pipelines and they are configured separately.

In the dashboard at app.syncdo.co, where the board totals each stage. The deal itself is also visible and editable in the Syncdo panel beside the chat, so you do not have to leave WhatsApp to move one.

Essentials or Intelligence. Deals are not available on the free plan, which has leads, stages, notes and conversation history without deal tracking.
