What’s New in Syncdo

Keep up with the latest releases, improvements, and fixes.

September 2026

Template search

Type a few words and Syncdo finds the template, whether the words are in its name or in the message itself. It works in the panel, in the dashboard, and when you pick a template for a bulk send.

International numbers

Phone numbers no longer have to be Indian. You can pick the country your workspace works in, and a number typed without a country code is read the way your country writes it.

Incoming webhooks

Point your website's enquiry form at Syncdo and every submission becomes a contact, ready to message. You set it up in Settings, and each form gets its own address you can turn off or replace at any time.

Duplicate contact prompt

Saving a contact who is already in your list used to quietly replace what was there. Now it shows you both versions and asks which you want to keep.

Phone number correction

A number typed off a business card can be corrected instead of forcing you to start the contact again. If the contact already has messages or deals against it, Syncdo tells you what moves with the change before you commit to it.

Dashboard home

The first screen now answers the questions you actually open it for: what came in, what is waiting on you, where your contacts sit, and what is in the pipeline. The numbers are counted fresh each time rather than estimated.

Contact activity history

Each contact keeps a running history — stage changes, notes, edits, and when they were added or imported — in order, with who did it.

Contacts table

The table fits more rows on screen, lets you resize and reorder columns, and remembers the layout you chose. Tags show their full names instead of being cut off.

August 2026

Self-checkout

Pick a plan, pay by card or UPI, and the workspace upgrades itself. Monthly, yearly and two-yearly are all available, and the price you are shown is the price charged.

Licence assignment

Buy the number of licences you need and assign them to the people in your workspace. Take one back and give it to someone else whenever the team changes — you are not locked to who you assigned it to first.

Deals pipeline

Track what a contact is worth, move it through your own stages on a board, and close it won or lost with a reason. Closed deals can be corrected or reopened if something changes. There is a list of every deal with filters and dates alongside the board.

Follow-up sequences

Set up a short series of messages that go out over the following days, and stop the moment the customer replies. You choose the steps and the gaps.

Recurring campaigns

Message a group of contacts on a repeating schedule — a monthly price list, a weekly stock update — without rebuilding the list each time. Syncdo shows how long a run will take before you start it.

Reminders and appointments

Book a meeting, a site visit or a call-back against a contact, with a time and a length, and close it as done, no-show or cancelled. You set up your own reminder types.

Scheduled sending

Queue a message for a time that suits the customer instead of sending it when you happen to be at your desk. Syncdo paces sends and keeps a count of what each number sent today.

Team roles

Invite the people who work your contacts and give each of them a role that decides what they can see and change. You can adjust what each role is allowed to do.

July 2026

Chat history import

Syncdo can read the chats already on your WhatsApp Web and turn them into contacts with their history, so you are not starting from an empty list. You choose which chats to include and which to leave out.

Bulk send

Send a template to a filtered list of contacts, personalised to each one, with attachments if the template has them. Syncdo spaces the sends out, shows progress as it goes, and lets you stop partway or retry the ones that failed.

Unsaved chats

People who messaged you but were never added to your phone now show up in Syncdo, so an enquiry does not go missing because nobody saved the number.

Needs-reply filter

One filter shows every conversation where the customer spoke last and nobody has answered.

CSV import

Upload a CSV, match your columns to Syncdo's fields, and check a preview before anything is written. Large files are handled in pieces so one bad row does not lose the rest.

Column layout and bulk edit

Show the columns you care about, in the order you want them, and change a field on many contacts at once instead of opening each one.

Custom fields and stages

Add the fields your business actually uses — grade, thickness, site, whatever it is — including dropdowns, tags, dates, checkboxes and links, then filter and sort on them. Pipeline stages can be renamed, and deleting one moves its contacts somewhere you choose rather than stranding them.

Contact panel

A contact opens in place from any list, with every field, note and follow-up in one panel, and arrows to step to the next contact without going back.

AI draft replies and summaries

Ask for a draft reply in the customer's own language and tone, and get a short summary of a long conversation so you know where it stands before you answer. Syncdo drafts; you decide what to send.

Self-serve signup

Create a workspace from the website and be running the same day, instead of waiting for someone to set it up for you.
