Syncdo — the WhatsApp CRM, for the web, Chrome and Android. Operated by Infix Commercial.
You can delete your own Syncdo account, and a workspace’s owner can delete the whole workspace. Both can be done inside Syncdo, or by email if you no longer have access.
1. In Syncdo
In the Syncdo dashboard (app.syncdo.co) or the Syncdo Android app, signed in to the account you want to delete:
- Open Settings.
- Choose My account.
- Under Delete my account, type DELETE and confirm. An owner deleting the whole workspace uses Delete this workspace on the same page and types the workspace’s name.
2. By email
If you can’t sign in, email support@syncdo.co from the email address of the account and say whether you want your own account deleted or, as an owner, the whole workspace. We reply to confirm, and carry it out as described below. We never ask for a password or a sign-in code.
3. Deleting your own account
It happens at once, and cannot be undone.
- Deleted: your access to the workspace, your sign-in, your work phone (its key stops working immediately), your notification subscriptions and your list of blocked numbers.
- Kept by the business: the leads you worked on, and the notes, messages and calls you logged. They are the business’s customer records, not your personal data, so they stay in the workspace with your name on them; the owner can hand your leads to someone else, or delete them.
- If you also belong to another Syncdo workspace, your sign-in stays for that one.
- If you are a workspace’s only owner, you can’t delete your account on its own: delete the workspace, or make someone else an owner first.
4. Deleting a workspace (owners)
- 30 days’ grace. The workspace is deleted 30 days after an owner confirms. Until then it keeps working, every page shows the date, and any owner can cancel.
- Then everything in it is deleted: leads and their messages, deals, notes, reminders, calls and call recordings (the audio is deleted from storage too), templates, settings, and every member’s access. Members who belong to no other workspace lose their sign-in.
- A paid subscription is cancelled first. You are not charged again.
5. What we keep, and for how long
- Invoices and payment records are kept by Dodo Payments, our payment provider and merchant of record, for as long as tax and accounting law requires. We keep a log of the payment events Dodo sent us, without your workspace attached.
- A record that the deletion happened — when it was requested, cancelled or carried out, and how many records were removed — with no names, emails or content.
- Backups. Copies of deleted data that remain in backups expire within 6 months, as our Privacy Policy says.
