Change two hundred contacts in one go.

Select the rows, pick a field, set the value, apply. Stage, owner, city, or any custom field you keep — updated together instead of one record at a time.

22 updated, 2 skipped. Two contacts have no open deal, so their deal stage was left alone.

Renaming a stage should not cost you an afternoon.

You reorganised your pipeline, or a colleague left, or a hundred leads from a trade show all need the same tag. One at a time, that is an afternoon of clicking the same three controls — and the kind of job that gets abandoned halfway, leaving the data worse than before you started.

The work is not hard. It is just repetitive enough that nobody finishes it.

Housekeeping, fast

Select. Set. Apply.

Filter the contacts table down to the ones you mean, tick them, and choose what to change. Lead stage, owner, or any of your own fields — the change lands on all of them at once, and Syncdo tells you exactly how many it updated and how many it skipped.

  • Lead stage, deal stage, owner, and any custom field you have defined
  • Reassign a whole list to a colleague, or unassign it
  • Filter first, then act on exactly what the filter returned
  • Skips are reported with a reason — never a silent partial success

How it works

  1. 1Filter the contacts table to the rows you want
  2. 2Tick them and pick the field to change
  3. 3Apply — Syncdo reports how many were updated and how many were skipped

It edits records. It does not message anyone.

Nothing here sends a message. Bulk edit changes your own records — a stage, an owner, a field — and no customer sees anything. Messaging a filtered list is a separate feature with its own controls and its own safety ceilings — see personalized sends.

It also refuses rather than guesses. If Syncdo cannot reliably read which contacts have an open deal, the bulk deal-stage action declines instead of writing a stage onto the wrong records — and it tells you that is what happened.

Every run reports its outcome: how many were updated, how many were skipped, and why. A bulk action that claimed success while quietly missing rows would be worse than one that failed loudly.

Bulk edit is free on every plan. What you can change depends on your role rather than your plan — reassigning owners needs the permission to reassign leads.

Questions, answered.

Lead stage, deal stage, the owner, and any lead field you have defined yourself — including company, email, city and state. System fields are excluded.

No. It only changes your own records. Sending a message to a filtered list is a different feature, with its own controls and its own daily and per-batch ceilings.

You are told. Syncdo reports how many were updated and how many were skipped, with the reason — for example contacts with no open deal when you are setting a deal stage. It never claims a clean success it did not have.

None — bulk edit is free on every plan. What you are allowed to change depends on your role: reassigning owners needs the lead-reassignment permission.
