Call
WhatsApp

Thirty seconds of finding a number, forty times a day.

You decide to ring someone back. Now you are scrolling the chat for the number, copying it, switching apps, pasting it into the keypad — or worse, retyping it and getting a digit wrong. Every call carries that little tax, and the tax is why some calls do not get made.

The number was never the hard part. Having it in your hand at the moment you decided to call was.

Straight to the dialler

The number is already there.

Every lead in Syncdo carries the number you talk to them on. On your phone, tapping call hands that number to your normal dialler — the same call you would have made anyway, without the thirty seconds of finding the number first.

  • Your phone’s own dialler, with the number already filled in
  • Straight from the lead, so you have their stage and history on screen first
  • WhatsApp is one tap away on the same screen, when a message fits better
  • Nothing to set up — no dialler integration, no separate calling account

How it works

  1. 1Open a lead in Syncdo on your phone
  2. 2Tap call — your dialler opens with their number ready
  3. 3The call happens on your phone, exactly as it normally would

Call
WhatsApp

It dials. That is all it does.

Tapping call opens your phone’s dialler with the number in it. The call then belongs entirely to your phone and your network, exactly as if you had dialled it yourself.

Syncdo does not log the call, does not record it, and does not measure how long it lasted. It has no way of knowing whether it connected at all — no call-log access is requested and none is used.

So if you want the call written down, write it down: add a note or set a follow-up on the lead afterwards. That is a deliberate step, and it is the only record there will be.

It is free on every plan, and it needs the Syncdo app on your phone — see how installing works.

Questions, answered.

No. Tapping call opens your phone’s dialler and the call is entirely between your phone and your network. Syncdo does not log it, record it, or measure its duration, and it cannot tell whether the call connected. If you want a record, add a note or a follow-up on the lead afterwards.

No. There is no call recording in Syncdo, and no permission is requested that would allow it.

No. It uses your phone’s own dialler and your own mobile number — there is no VoIP account, no integration and nothing to configure.

Calling is a phone feature — a tap on a desktop browser usually does nothing useful. In WhatsApp Web you have the chat itself, which is where most replies happen anyway.

Call them back before the thought passes.
