Zapier → Syncdo
Zapier can send a lead to Syncdo from any app it connects to — a CRM, a form builder, a payment page. Syncdo gives you a URL; Zapier posts each lead to it.
Set it up
In Syncdo's dashboard, open Settings → Inbound Webhooks, give the webhook a name (it becomes the lead source), choose who gets the new leads, and press Create. Copy the URL — it is shown once.
In Zapier, add the step: Webhooks by Zapier → POST (Webhooks by Zapier needs a paid Zapier plan). Method POST, the URL from Syncdo, body type JSON.
In the body, send phone (required), and any of name, email, company, city, state and message. Your own lead fields go under fields.
Run it once with a test record. The lead appears in Syncdo, with the message as a note.
What to send
- phone
- Required. The customer's number, ideally with + and the country code.
- name
- Their name.
- email, company, city, state
- Stored on the lead.
- message
- The enquiry — saved as a note on the lead.
- fields
- Your own lead fields, as { "Field key": "value" }.
