Send a brochure, price list and photos in one template
You attach files to a template, so one click sends them all. Use it when you often send the same brochure, price list or photos.
Which plans have this: Templates, with their files, are on every plan, including Free. Free holds 3 templates. Essentials and Intelligence have no limit.
Steps

In a customer's panel, open Templates and click + New Template.

Add a template name and the message.
Pick the customer's name from { } Add variable.

Click 📎 Attach files and choose the files together.
You can add up to ten files, 10 MB each.

Click Save Template.
Every teammate has it.

On a chat, click Send.
A template with files goes at once, with your message as the caption, so open the right chat first.

How do I send a brochure and price list in one go?

How many files can one template carry?
Up to 10 files, each up to 10 MB.
Can a template be only a file, with no text?
Yes. A template can be just a PDF or a voice note, with no text.
