Call through your list with the Rapid Dialer
The Rapid Dialer lets you call one lead, then move to the next lead without going back to the list. Use it when you work through a list of leads one after another. You tap Call every time. The phone never dials on its own.
Which plans have this: On the Essentials and Intelligence plans, Call places the call from your work SIM. On Free, Call opens your phone's dialler with the number ready, and you press call. Either way, every call with a lead is logged on it, on Android phones.

In the Syncdo app, open the menu and tap Contacts.

Tap the lead you want to call.

Tap Call.
On a paid plan, after a moment Syncdo shows Calling… for 3 seconds (tap Cancel to stop it), then the call goes out from your work SIM. If "Display over other apps" or the phone-call permission is off, a Syncdo notification shows instead: tap it to call. On Free, Call opens your phone's dialler with the number ready.

Tap the next arrow beside your place in the list, such as "3 of 20".
Tap Call again.

How do I call a lead from the Syncdo app?
In the Android app, open the menu, tap Contacts, tap a lead and tap Call. That is the Rapid Dialer: when the call ends, pick the outcome, then use the next arrow beside your place in the list (such as "3 of 20") to go to the next lead. Does the Rapid Dialer dial the next lead by itself?
No. After a call, tap the next arrow beside your place in the list, then tap Call for the next lead. You start every call yourself.
Why does Call open my phone's dialler instead of calling?
On Free, or when Syncdo cannot confirm your plan, Call opens your phone's dialler with the number ready. Press call there. The call is still logged on the lead.
