Change your lead stages
You shape your pipeline: add, rename, reorder and remove stages. Use it so the stages match how your team works a lead.
Which plans have this: Your own lead stages need the Essentials or Intelligence plan. On Free you keep the default stages: you can change their colours, but not add, rename, reorder or remove them; a workspace that set up its own stages before keeps them.

Questions, answered
How do I change my lead stages?
Open Settings, then Lead Stages. Use the arrows to reorder and the pencil to rename; leads stay on the stage under its new name. The bin removes a stage, and if leads are on it Syncdo asks which stage to move them to. Type a name under Add Stage, pick a colour, click Add, then Save Stages. Your own stages need Essentials or Intelligence; on Free you keep the default stages and can change only their colours.
If I rename a stage, do the leads on it move?
No. Renaming keeps every lead on it. Only the label changes.
Where do my stage changes show up?
In the chips across the Syncdo bar, in the stage list on each lead, in Pipeline and in filters. In WhatsApp Web, reload the tab to see new stages.
