Filter your leads and save the filter
You narrow your leads to the ones you need. Owners, admins and managers can also keep the filter for the whole team. Use it for lists like "hot leads I have not messaged this week".
Which plans have this: On every plan, including Free.
Steps
- 01
Click a stage chip in the Syncdo bar.
The list shows only those leads.
- 02
To filter on anything else, click the filter icon, then Add condition.
- 03
Choose a field, how to match it and the value.
For example, Reply status is any of Awaiting reply.
- 04
With more than one condition, Match ALL shows leads that meet every condition.
ANY shows leads that meet at least one.
- 05
Owners, admins and managers can click Save filter and name it.
It is then under Saved, below Quick, in Advanced Filters, for the whole team.

Other ways to do this
- Slice your leads in Pipeline (Dashboard)
Questions, answered
How do I see only Hot leads?
Click a stage chip in the Syncdo bar, such as Hot, and the list shows only those leads. To filter on anything else, click the filter icon, click + Add condition and set the field, the match and the value. Choose Match ALL or ANY when you use more than one condition. Owners, admins and managers can click Save filter and name it; it is then under Saved, below Quick, for the whole team.
What does Match ALL or ANY mean in a filter?
Match ALL means a lead must match every condition. ANY means one condition is enough.
Is a saved filter only mine?
No. Saved filters are one list for the whole workspace, shared between the panel and the dashboard. That is why deleting one asks you first.
Does a filter change my leads?
No. A filter only narrows the list you are looking at. It does not change what is stored.
Why does my saved filter find nobody in WhatsApp Web?
Some conditions only work in some places. Call conditions, and some others, work only in the dashboard; in the panel a filter using them matches nobody. It never matches everyone. For a filter you use in the panel or in Bulk Send, use "in the last N days" instead of "between two dates".
Are filters on the Free plan?
Yes. Filters are on every plan. A rep's filter only looks at the leads that rep can see.
