Keep your work groups one click away
You mark your work groups as business groups and open them from one list. Use it when real work happens in WhatsApp groups.
Which plans have this: On Essentials and Intelligence.
Steps

Click the groups icon, the two people, in the Syncdo bar.

Open Personal, find a work group and click Add as business.
- 03
Business now lists only your work groups.
Click one to open it.

Remove from business moves it back.
Syncdo never reads what is said in a group.

How do I keep my work WhatsApp groups separate?
Click the groups icon (two people) in the Syncdo bar, open Personal, find a work group and click Add as business. Business then lists only your work groups; click one to open it. Remove from business moves it back, and Syncdo never reads what is said in a group. Business groups are on Essentials and Intelligence.
Does marking a group make it a lead?
No. A group is never a lead. Marking a group only sorts it into Business.
A WhatsApp group is missing from the list. What do I do?
Scroll your WhatsApp chat list so WhatsApp loads more chats, then click Refresh.
