Sort templates into categories
You group templates so each one is easy to find. Use it when your template list grows past a handful.
Which plans have this: On every plan, including Free. Free holds 3 templates. Essentials and Intelligence have no limit.
Steps

In the panel beside a chat, click the Templates tab.

Click a category chip to see only its templates.
More chips are under More ▾.

Click the gear ⚙ at the end of the row to add, rename, reorder or remove categories.

You pick a template's category when you write it.

How do I sort templates into categories?
In the panel beside a chat, click the Templates tab, then click a category chip to see only its templates; more are under More. The gear at the end of the row adds, renames, reorders or removes categories. You pick a template's category when you write it.
What happens when I remove a template category?
Removing a category moves its templates, and you choose where. Syncdo tells you the target and how many templates will move first.
What if I rename a category to a name that already exists?
The two categories merge. That cannot be undone, so Syncdo tells you before it does it.
