See who's waiting on your reply

You find every customer who wrote last, and answer them. Use it to make sure nobody is left waiting.

Which plans have this: On every plan, including Free. Reports and the Needs reply filter are not limited by plan.

Steps

  1. 01

In Reports, Waiting on your reply (now) counts customers who messaged last, and Oldest has waited shows how long the oldest has waited.

Owners, admins and managers also see a By member table. A manager sees the figures for the leads they have access to: their own, or everyone's if that's allowed in Permissions.

  2. 02

    Click the number.

Contacts opens with only those leads. Add a condition to narrow it.

  3. 03

In WhatsApp Web, click the filter icon, then Needs reply under QUICK.

  4. 04

    Answer each one.

Marking a lead done for now takes it off the list until they message again.
