Find your way around the Syncdo bar
You learn what each control on the bar across the top of WhatsApp Web does. Use it on your first day, or when you cannot find a button.
Which plans have this: The bar is on every plan, including Free. Bulk Send and the reminders in the bell are on the Essentials and Intelligence plans; on Free the Bulk Send screen is shown but locked.

Click the magnifier at the far left to find any lead by name or phone.
All Chats takes you back to WhatsApp's own chat list.

Each stage chip shows how many leads are in that stage.
Click one to list only those leads.

The Syncdo logo opens your chat sync settings.
Bulk Send sends one message to many contacts from your own number.

The speech bubble with a plus lists your recent chats that are still unsaved.
The filter icon narrows your leads by anything you track.

The bell at the far right shows what is overdue, due today and coming.
Questions, answered
What do the buttons on the Syncdo bar do?
The magnifier at the far left finds a lead by name or phone, and All Chats goes back to WhatsApp's own chat list. Each stage chip shows how many leads are in that stage; click one to list those leads. Bulk Send sends one message to many contacts from your number, the speech bubble with a plus lists chats that are not leads yet, the filter icon narrows your leads and the bell shows what is overdue and due today. Bulk Send is on Essentials and Intelligence; on Free its screen is shown but locked.
The Syncdo bar looks wrong after an update. What do I do?
Reload the WhatsApp Web tab. A tab left open for days still runs the code from when it was opened. Syncdo updates itself.
Can I search for a phrase inside a chat from the Syncdo bar?
No. The magnifier searches your leads by name or phone number. To find a phrase inside a conversation, use WhatsApp's own search.
