Start your day from the All leads list

You open the All leads list to see who to contact first, then work down it. Use it at the start of every day.

Which plans have this: The list is on every plan, including Free. **Overdue** and **Due today** come from reminders, which are on the Essentials and Intelligence plans.

Steps

  1. 01

Click the All chip in the Syncdo bar.

  2. 02

At the top, read Overdue, then Due today.

That is where your day starts.

  3. 03

Below them, every lead is grouped by stage, in the order of your pipeline.

Each row shows where things stand and the lead's stage.

  4. 04

Click a lead to open their chat, with everything about them beside it.

  5. 05

Move to the next lead with the ◀ ▶ arrows, or press J and K.

Questions, answered

Who should I contact first today?

Click the All chip in the Syncdo bar. At the top you see Overdue and then Due today, which is where your day starts (they come from reminders, on Essentials and Intelligence); below them every lead is grouped by stage. Click a lead to open their chat with everything about them beside it, then move to the next lead with the arrows or the J and K keys.

Why are my stage chips in a different order from my colleague's?

They are not. The chips are your lead stages from Settings, then Lead Stages, in that order, for the whole workspace.

I can see a chat in WhatsApp but not in the lead list. Why?

Opening a chat does not make it a lead. Click All Chats, open the chat and add it as a lead from the panel. Group chats are never picked up.
