Close and reopen reminders
You mark reminders done, change them, and bring one back if you closed it by mistake. Use it when you work through the reminders on a lead.

Steps

On the lead, your reminders are listed soonest first.

Open Mark… on a reminder and choose what happened: done or cancelled.
A meeting can also be a no-show.

Click Edit to move or reword a reminder.

Closed one by mistake?
Click Reopen.

Hide closed and Show closed switch the closed ones off and on.

How do I close a reminder?
On the lead, open Mark… on a reminder and choose what happened: done or cancelled, and a meeting can also be a no-show. Click Edit to move or reword a reminder. If you closed one by mistake, click Reopen; Hide closed and Show closed toggle the closed ones.
Why can I not edit a closed reminder?
A closed reminder is history. It offers only Reopen. A closed reminder is never marked overdue.
What choices does Mark… give?
Done or Cancelled; a meeting can also be marked No-show.
