Get reminders on your phone
You get a notification when a follow-up is due, and open the lead from it. Use it so a follow-up reaches you even when Syncdo is closed.
Which plans have this: On Essentials and Intelligence. Reminders, and reminders sent to your phone, are not on Free.
Steps

When a follow-up is due, your phone shows a notification, even with Syncdo closed.

Tap it.
The lead opens.

To see everything due, open the menu and tap Reminders.
Overdue comes first.

Tap a type tab to see only that type.

Will I get reminders on my phone?
When a follow-up is due, your phone shows a notification even with Syncdo closed; tap it and the lead opens. To see everything due, open the menu and tap Reminders; overdue ones come first, and the type tabs show one kind at a time. On an iPhone, use the dashboard added to the home screen instead.
Reminders only arrive sometimes on my Android phone. What do I check?
In Phone settings, check that Notifications and Alarms & reminders are ON under Permissions, and that Battery is unrestricted.
Do I need the Android app for phone reminders?
The Syncdo Android app rings your reminders. On an iPhone, install the dashboard on your home screen instead.
