Find a lead with search
You find any lead by part of a name or a phone number. Use it when a customer writes and you want their record in a second.
Which plans have this: On every plan, including Free.
Steps
- 01
Click the magnifier at the left of the Syncdo bar.

Type part of a name or a phone number.
- 03
Click a lead in the list on the left to open the chat.
The top of the list says how many match.

Click the × to clear the search.
- 05
Click ✕ All chats to go back to WhatsApp's chat list.

How do I search for a lead?
Click the magnifier at the left of the Syncdo bar and type part of a name or a phone number. Click a lead in the list to open the chat; the top says how many match. Click the × to clear the search. It searches names and numbers, not the words inside messages.
