Questions, answered

How do I bring leads in from a Google Sheet?

In the dashboard, go to Settings, then Google Sheets, click Connect Google, then Add a sheet and pick the sheet and tab your leads land in; the first row must be the column names. Check the column matches (only the phone number is required), choose Who gets new leads and click Start importing new rows. Syncdo checks about every two minutes, and Edit, Pause and Remove change it later. It is on Essentials and Intelligence and set up by an owner or admin.

What can Syncdo see in my Google Drive?

Only the files you pick. Syncdo cannot open any other file, and it never writes to your sheet.

Which rows of my Google Sheet does Syncdo read?

Add new leads at the bottom. Each row is read once. Editing a row that was already read changes nothing in Syncdo. A number that is already a lead updates that lead.

What does the last button on the Google Sheets screen say?

Choose Start from new rows or Import earlier rows too. The button then says Start importing new rows, or how many earlier rows it will import as well.
