Read the AI summary and suggested templates

You catch up on a chat at a glance and pick a template that fits. Use it when you open a long conversation and need to know where it stands.

Which plans have this: The AI Summary and AI Suggested templates are on the Intelligence plan. Without it, the panel and the template list work as usual.

Steps

  1. 01

Open a chat in WhatsApp Web.

The AI Summary sits at the top of the lead's panel: what they want, what is pending, and the last thing that happened.

  2. 02

After new messages, click ↻ on the card to read the chat again.

  3. 03

On the Templates tab, the AI-suggested list shows two or three of your saved templates that fit this chat.

  4. 04

    Click one.

A text template lands in the message box with their details filled in: check it, then send. A template with an attachment sends its files and caption as soon as you click it, so open the right chat first.

Questions, answered

What is the AI Summary in Syncdo?

Open a chat in WhatsApp Web; the AI Summary at the top of the lead's panel says what they want, what is pending and the last thing that happened. After new messages, click the refresh arrow on the card to read the chat again. On the Templates tab, AI Suggested lists templates from your own saved ones that fit the chat; click a text template to put it in the message box, then check it and send. A template with an attachment sends its files and caption as soon as you click it. Both are on the Intelligence plan.

How do I get a fresh AI summary?

Click ↻ on the card. Syncdo reads the chat again.

Does the AI send the suggested template?

The AI never sends anything by itself. A text template goes into the message box with their details filled in, for you to check and send. A template with an attachment sends its files and caption as soon as you click it.
