Write safer bulk messages with spintax
You give each person a slightly different message, so a bulk send does not read like a copy. Use it before you send one template to many leads.
Which plans have this: Writing alternatives by hand, with {a|b}, works on every plan. Write the alternatives for me uses the AI, on the Intelligence plan. Bulk Send is on the Essentials and Intelligence plans.
Steps

In the Syncdo panel, open Templates and write your message.

Put alternatives in braces with a bar between them, such as {Hi|Hello}.
Each person gets one, and Syncdo counts the versions.

Or click ✨ {a|b} and let the AI add alternatives.
It keeps every merge field. ↩ Undo puts your original back.

Click Save Template.
In Bulk Send, the preview shows the exact message for the first three people.

What is spintax?
Spintax puts alternatives in braces with a bar between them, such as {Hi|Hello}; each person gets one of the alternatives, so messages vary; the same version can repeat. In the panel, open Templates and write it by hand, or click ✨ {a|b} so the AI writes the alternatives and keeps every merge field; Undo puts your original back. Click Save Template; in Bulk Send the preview shows the exact message for the first few people. Writing it by hand works on every plan; the AI button is on Intelligence.
Does the AI save my template for me when it writes the alternatives?
No. The result lands in the editor to read and edit. Nothing is saved until you save it. The AI writer is on the Intelligence plan.
