You read the dashboard home to see what needs you today. Use it each morning, or whenever you want a quick check on the team.
Which plans have this: The dashboard home is on every plan, including Free. Follow-ups and deals are on the Essentials and Intelligence plans.

Read the top row: Your day for a rep, Today for an owner, admin or manager.
It shows New leads today, Calls today (once someone uses the Syncdo Android app), Chats waiting, Follow-ups overdue and Deals won this month. Click a number to open the list behind it.

Chats waiting also shows how long the oldest customer has waited.

Pick 7d, 15d, 30d or 90d to compare with the period before.

Under Right now, see what needs you, such as leads with no next step.

What does the dashboard home show?
The top row (Your day for a rep, Today for an owner, admin or manager) shows New leads today, Calls today (once someone uses the Android app), Chats waiting (with how long the oldest has waited), Follow-ups overdue and Deals won this month; click a number to open the list behind it. Pick a period to compare with the one before it. Right now shows what needs you, such as leads with no next step. Calls today counts calls logged by the Android app.
Who sees what on the dashboard home?
An owner or admin sees the whole team. A manager sees the leads they have access to: their own, or everyone's if that's allowed in Permissions. A rep sees their own numbers.
Why does Calls today show nothing?
Calls come from the Syncdo Android app. Until someone in your workspace uses it, there are no calls to count.
