Set your names, country and currency
You set the names templates fill in, the default country for phone numbers and the deal currency. Use it when you set up a workspace, or when your business changes.
Which plans have this: On every plan, including Free. An owner or admin sets the two workspace defaults.
Steps

Open Settings, then General.
The page it opens is headed Workspace.

The workspace name (only the owner can change it) fills {{business_name}} in templates.
Your name fills {{your_name}}. Click Save.

Default country for phone numbers sets how numbers without a country code are read.
It applies to numbers added from now on.

Deal currency sets how new deal values show.
Existing deals keep theirs.

How do I change my business name in templates?
Open Settings, then General (the page it opens is headed Workspace). The workspace name (only the owner can change it) fills the business name in templates and Your name fills your own name; click Save. Default country for phone numbers sets how numbers without a country code are read, and Deal currency sets how new deal values show. Both apply only from then on.
If I change the default country, are my saved numbers changed?
No. It only affects numbers added from now on. A number typed with + and its own country code is always taken as given.
If I change the deal currency, what happens to existing deals?
They keep the currency they were created in. Nothing is converted. Totals show one line per currency.
