Questions, answered
How do I add chats I never saved as leads?
Click the unsaved chats icon (the speech bubble with a plus) in the Syncdo bar and choose how far back to look: 1d, 3d or 7d. Click a name to read that chat, then click Add to make them a lead, or Not a lead so they do not come back. The list says "Nothing unsaved" when every recent chat is handled.
Does Syncdo add my unsaved chats by itself?
No. Nothing is stored about a chat until you add it as a lead.
Why is someone missing from the unsaved chats list?
Official and API business accounts are left out. Group chats are never listed here; use Business groups for those.
