Build your first automation

You build a rule that runs on its own, such as welcoming each new lead. Use it for steps your team repeats. Nothing runs until you publish it.

Available on paid plans. Owners and admins build automations. Where automations are not available, a workspace keeps its flows, paused.

Turn off its switch in the Automations list. What it was still waiting to do is cancelled. Pause all stops everything.
