Repeat a message on a schedule (cadence)

You need a saved filter for the leads it should go to (owners, admins and managers save filters). Click Bulk Send, choose the template and at When choose Every few days, Days of the week or Dates of the month. Name it, pick the saved filter and set Stop after this many unanswered messages. It saves switched off; turn it on, edit it or turn it off in Campaigns at the top of Bulk Send. It sends inside your workspace's Send Window (set by an owner or admin) and skips anyone who replied.

The audience is a filter, not a fixed list. It is checked again each time the cadence runs, so someone who moves into that stage next week is included. Each contact gets at most one automated message a day.

After that many messages in a row with no reply, the contact is finished for that cadence and never gets it again, even if they reply later. Switching the cadence off keeps them finished. Deleting the cadence clears it.

Yes. Under Campaigns you can edit the name, filter, number, how often, which days, start and end dates and stop-after. Changes apply from its next run. Messages already queued keep their day; switch the cadence off to stop those.

A date a month does not have is skipped that month, so a cadence on the 31st does not send in February, April, June, September or November.

Its filter uses a condition a cadence cannot check, such as Sequence, Contacted or Called. It sends nothing and never messages everyone. Edit the filter and it runs again from its next run.
