Bring website enquiries in as leads

You connect a website form, so every enquiry becomes a lead. Use it when your site has a contact form that nobody copies by hand. An owner or admin sets it up.

Owners and admins set it up.

Questions

How do I get website form leads into Syncdo?

In Settings, open Inbound Webhooks, and under New Webhook type a name and choose Who gets new leads: the workspace owner, one person or a share of teammates. Click Create; your form sends enquiries to the address Syncdo gives it. You can change who gets leads later with Edit. Only the phone number is required (see What to send). Treat the URL like a password, because anyone with it can add leads.

What happens when a website enquiry's number is already a lead?

A second lead is never made. The existing lead is updated, and each field follows your choice: Replace if empty (the default) or Overwrite. A blank value never erases anything. The stage and the owner are never changed. The message is added as a new note.

Can I delete an inbound webhook?

No. You turn it off with Turn off. It then refuses new enquiries but keeps its settings and history. If the address is exposed, use Rotate.
