Install Syncdo and connect your WhatsApp number

You install the Syncdo extension in Chrome and sign in with your email. Syncdo then works inside WhatsApp Web, on your own number. You do this once, on your first day.

Steps

    On the Chrome Web Store, click Add to Chrome.

    Open WhatsApp Web.

    If it was already open, reload the tab.

    In the Sign in to Syncdo card, enter your email and click Continue.

    Closed the card? Click Connect your account → in the strip under the Syncdo bar.

    New here?

    Add your business name, what you do and where most of your customers are, then click Continue.

  5. 5

    Type the 6-digit code from your email and click Verify & connect.

    You see "You're connected".

Questions

How do I install Syncdo?

On the Chrome Web Store, click Add to Chrome, then open WhatsApp Web and reload the tab if it was already open. In the Sign in to Syncdo card, enter your email and click Continue; a new workspace adds a business name, what it does and where its customers are. Type the 6-digit code from your email and click Verify & connect. Closed the card? Click Connect your account → in the strip under the Syncdo bar.

Do I need a WhatsApp Business account or a separate number?

No. You need Chrome and a WhatsApp number that is signed in to WhatsApp Web. Syncdo works with regular WhatsApp and with WhatsApp Business.

Syncdo could not detect my number. What do I do?

A number field appears with a country selector. Pick your country, then type your number with or without the dialling code, for example 98765 43210 for India.
