You review, add, switch off and remove the rules every AI draft uses. Use it now and then, so old prices and policies do not end up in a draft.

Steps

  1. 1

    Open Knowledge base from the sidebar.

    These are the rules every AI draft uses.

  2. 2

    Type a rule in Add Rule Manually, choose its category and click Save Rule.

  3. 3

    Facts taught from WhatsApp land here too.

  4. 4

    Disable switches a rule off, and back on.

    Edit and Delete change or remove it.

Questions

Where do I see what the AI knows?

Open Knowledge base from the sidebar; these are the rules every AI draft uses, including facts taught from WhatsApp. To add one, type it in Add Rule Manually, choose its category and click Save Rule. Disable switches a rule off (and back on), and Edit and Delete change or remove it.

Can I add many rates to the Knowledge base at once?

Yes. Open Paste Rate Sheet and paste your price list. Each line becomes one fact under Pricing/Rates.

What categories does the Knowledge base have?

Nine: Products/Services, Pricing/Rates, Payment Terms, Company Info, Policies, Reply Rules, Offers/Discounts, FAQs and Others.
