Teach Syncdo about your business

You give the AI facts such as prices and policies, so its drafts use them. Use it when drafts sound generic, or when a rate changes.

Available on paid plans. Owners and admins teach the AI.

Steps

    In the panel beside any chat, click the Teach AI tab.

  2. 2

    Type one fact: a price, a policy or your opening hours.

  3. 3

    Press Enter or click →.

    Syncdo says how it will use the fact.

  4. 4

    "✓ Saved" confirms it is in your knowledge base.

    The AI's drafts use it from now on.

Questions

How do I teach the AI about my business?

In the panel beside any chat, click the Teach AI tab and type one fact, such as a price, a policy or your opening hours. Press Enter or click the arrow; Syncdo says how it will use it, and Saved confirms it is in your knowledge base. The AI's drafts use it from then on. Owners and admins teach the AI.

What if I teach the AI nothing?

Drafts still work, but they are generic. Teaching your real rates and rules is what makes them sound like your business.

Do I need to check what I taught the AI?

Yes, now and then. A rate taught six months ago is still used in drafted replies, so review the list in the dashboard under Knowledge base.
