Change your lead stages

You shape your pipeline: add, rename, reorder and remove stages. Use it so the stages match how your team works a lead.

Available on paid plans. Otherwise you keep the default stages: you can change their colours, but not add, rename, reorder or remove them; stages a workspace set up before are kept.

Steps

1. 1

   Open Settings, then Lead Stages.

   Use the arrows to reorder.

   The pencil renames, and leads stay on the stage under its new name.

   The bin removes a stage.

   If leads are on it, Syncdo asks which stage to move them to.

   Type a name in Add Stage, pick a colour and click Add.

   Click Save Stages.

   Deal Stages works the same way.
