Choose your call outcomes

You set the outcomes your team picks after each call. Use it so your team's results are counted the same way. Owners and admins change the list.

The page shows once someone in your workspace has connected the Android app.

Steps

    In the dashboard, open Settings, then Call Outcomes.

  2. 2

    Use the arrows to put the outcomes your team uses most at the top.

  3. 3

    Click the pencil to rename one.

    Calls already logged keep the old name. Hide takes one off the choices.

    Add your own under Add Outcome: type a name and click Add.

  5. 5

    Click Save Outcomes.

    Nothing changes until you save. Changes apply from now on.

Questions

How do I change the call outcomes?

In the dashboard, open Settings, then Call Outcomes. Use the arrows to put the ones your team uses most at the top, the pencil to rename one (calls already logged keep the old name) and Hide to take one off the choices. Add your own under Add Outcome, then click Save Outcomes; changes apply from then on. Only owners and admins can change the list.

Can I delete a call outcome?

No. You hide it. Calls that already have it keep it.

Do Call back later and Not interested still work if I rename them?

Yes. Call back later still asks when and makes a call-back reminder. Not interested still asks why and marks the lead Lost.

Why is Call Outcomes missing from my Settings?

The page is there once calls are on in your workspace, which happens when someone connects the Android app.
