Set your send window

You set the hours your cadences and sequences may send in. Use it so repeating messages go out in your working day, not at night.

The Send Window applies to cadences and sequences.

Steps

    In the dashboard, open Settings, then Send Window.

  2. 2

    It sets the hours cadences and sequences may send in.

    Messages you send yourself are unaffected.

  3. 3

    Pick From and To.

    Syncdo says how many hours a day that gives. A number sends up to 150 a day.

    Click Save.

    Times follow your WhatsApp number's own time zone.

Questions

What is the Send Window?

Open Settings, then Send Window. It sets the hours that cadences and sequences may send in; messages you send yourself are not affected. Pick From and To and click Save; times follow your WhatsApp number's own time zone.

What is the default send window?

9am to 6pm.

Why was my send window refused?

An end time before the start time, like 10pm to 6am, is refused. It could mean eight hours or none, and Syncdo will not guess. There is one window for the whole workspace.
