Remove a teammate without losing their leads

You remove someone and pass their work to a teammate. Use it when a person leaves your team. Only the owner can remove someone.

Steps

    In Settings, Users & Roles, click the bin on their row.

  2. 2

    If their WhatsApp number is still active, archive it first in WhatsApp Numbers with Archive.

  3. 3

    Back in Users & Roles, choose who takes over their leads, open deals and open reminders.

  4. 4

    Click Remove.

    Their history keeps their name, and their licence goes back to your pool.

How do I remove a teammate without losing their leads?

In Settings, Users & Roles, click the bin on their row; only the owner can remove someone. If their WhatsApp number is still active, archive it first in WhatsApp Numbers. Choose who takes over their leads, open deals and open reminders and click Remove; their history keeps their name and their licence goes back to your pool.

What happens to a removed teammate's work?

Every lead assigned to them moves to the person you pick, with their open deals and open reminders. Closed deals and done reminders stay theirs. They lose access at once, their licence goes back to your pool, and their work phone is switched off. Only the owner can remove someone.

Can I bring a removed teammate back?

Yes. A removed member shows Invite again. When they accept, they come back as the same person, with their history.
