Set up the Android app

You sign in to the Syncdo app and allow what it needs for caller ID, call logging and reminders. Use it once on each Android phone your team uses for work.

The app signs in and logs calls with your leads on Android phones, in every workspace.

Steps

    Open the Syncdo app.

    Phone setup opens first.

    Each ✗ line is something still to allow.

    Below the list, tap its button, such as Allow phone, call log, calls and notifications (then Agree and continue) or Allow display over other apps, and allow it.

    When you see "All permissions allowed.", tap Done.

  4. 4

    Type your Work email.

    There is no password. Tap Email me a code, type the 6-digit code and tap Verify & continue.

    Caller ID, call logging and reminders now run on their own.

How do I set up the Syncdo Android app?

Open the Syncdo app; phone setup opens first. Each ✗ line is something still to allow: below the list, tap its button, such as Allow phone, call log, calls and notifications (then Agree and continue) or Allow display over other apps. When you see All permissions allowed., tap Done. Then type your Work email (there is no password), tap Email me a code, type the 6-digit code and tap Verify & continue. Caller ID, call logging and reminders then run on their own.

Can I sign up in the Android app?

No. Your business creates its account at syncdo.co, then you sign in in the app. Nothing is bought in the app.

I signed in on a second phone. Which one is my work phone?

You have one work phone. Signing in on a second phone asks once whether to use it instead. The calls the other phone already logged stay on the leads.
