Read your team's numbers in Reports

You see how your team is doing for any period. Use it for a weekly check, or before a team meeting.

The Follow-ups and Deals blocks fill in only where your workspace has them; otherwise they say so.

Steps

    On the dashboard, click Open Reports.

    Choose the period: Today, Yesterday, 7 days, 30 days, This month or Custom.

  3. 3

    Read the blocks: Calls (once someone uses the Syncdo Android app), WhatsApp, Leads, Follow-ups and Deals.

    Click any number for the list behind it.

    The By member table puts everyone side by side.

    Leaderboard ranks them on one measure.

Questions

How do I see my team's performance?

On the dashboard, click Open Reports and choose the period: Today, Yesterday, 7 days, 30 days, This month or Custom. Read the blocks for Calls (from the Android app), WhatsApp, Leads, Follow-ups and Deals, and click any number for the list behind it. The By member table puts everyone side by side, and Leaderboard ranks them on one measure.

Who sees what in Reports?

Owners, admins and managers see the team summary and a row per person. A manager sees the figures for the leads they have access to: their own, or everyone's if that's allowed in Permissions. A rep sees their own numbers only.

Where do the call numbers in Reports come from?

From the Syncdo Android app. Until someone uses it, the calls section says so rather than showing zeros.
