Add a caller as a lead

You turn a caller who is not a lead yet into a lead, right after the call. Use it for new enquiries that phone you before they message.

Questions

How do I save a caller as a lead?

In the app, open the menu, tap Phone settings, then Phone setup — battery and work phone, and turn on Add as lead after the call (you can limit it to numbers that are not in your contacts). After a call with a number that is not a lead, tap Add as lead on the card, type a name if you have one and tap Add. The lead is added and the call you took is logged on it. It works on Android phones.

Is "Add as lead" after a call on by default?

No. It is off until you turn it on in Phone settings.

Does a lead added from a call count toward my limit?

Yes. At your workspace's lead limit you cannot add new leads, but nothing you already have is deleted.
