Read a lead's activity and chat

You see who changed what on a lead, and read their saved chat on the dashboard. Use it to find out who moved a stage, or to read an old conversation.

Steps

    In WhatsApp Web, open a lead's panel and open the Activity section near the bottom.

    It lists every stage change, field edit and message, with when and who.

    On the dashboard, open Contacts and click the lead.

  3. 3

    Conversation shows the WhatsApp chat saved for that lead.

  4. 4

    Activity shows the same history as in WhatsApp Web.

Who changed this lead's stage?

In WhatsApp Web, open a lead's panel and open the Activity section near the bottom: it lists every stage change, field edit and message, with when and who. On the dashboard, open Contacts and click the lead; Activity shows the same history and Conversation shows the WhatsApp chat saved for that lead. Only chats with leads are saved.
