Use your saved filters

You open a ready-made list in one click. Use it to see who needs a reply, or to reuse a filter your team saved.

Steps

  1. 1

    Click the filter icon in the Syncdo bar.

  2. 2

    Under QUICK, click Needs reply (they wrote last) or Awaiting reply (you wrote last).

  3. 3

    Under SAVED, click a filter your team kept.

    Its conditions fill in and the list shows the matches.

  4. 4

    Owners, admins and managers can delete a saved filter: click the × on its chip and confirm.

    It goes for the whole team.

Questions

How do I use a saved filter?

Click the filter icon in the Syncdo bar. Under QUICK, Needs reply lists chats where they wrote last and Awaiting reply lists chats where you wrote last. Under SAVED, click a filter your team kept and the list shows its matches. Owners, admins and managers can delete one: click the × on its chip and confirm.
