Schedule a send

You set a message to go out later, at the date and time you pick. Use it when you want a message to land at a good time, such as the morning.

Available on paid plans.

Steps

  1. 1

    Click Bulk Send in the Syncdo bar.

    Choose who it goes to and which template.

  2. 2

    At When, choose Send later and pick the date and time.

    WhatsApp Web must be open then, or the messages wait.

  3. 3

    Tick I understand and schedule the campaign.

  4. 4

    Open Campaigns at the top of Bulk Send to see what is waiting.

    You can cancel anything not yet sent from there.

Questions

How do I schedule a WhatsApp message for later?

Click Bulk Send, choose who it goes to and which template, then at When choose Send later and pick the date and time. Tick I understand and click Schedule campaign; WhatsApp Web must be open at that time, or the messages wait. Campaigns at the top of Bulk Send shows what is waiting, and Cancel the rest stops anything not yet sent.

What if WhatsApp Web is closed at the send time?

The send waits until WhatsApp Web is open with Syncdo connected. It expires 24 hours after its send time and is marked missed rather than sent late.
