Know who is calling, and log the call

You see who is calling before you answer, and log the call in a few taps. Use it on every call with a lead, so each one has an outcome and a next step.

Caller ID and call logging work on Android phones with the Syncdo app. The Follow-up tick sets a reminder only where your workspace has reminders.

Questions

How does Syncdo show who is calling?

When a lead calls, the purple Syncdo card on your phone shows their name and stage, and View Lead opens everything. When the call ends it is already saved: under How did it go? tap an outcome and add a quick note. Tick Follow-up and pick a time such as Tomorrow 10am, then tap Save; the outcome, note and reminder save together. A missed call from a lead has a Call back button, which opens your phone's dialler with the number ready.

Is the call saved if I skip the after-call card?

Yes. The call is already on the lead's timeline when the card appears. Skipping loses nothing. Saving only adds the outcome, note and follow-up.

What do Not interested and Call back later do?

Not interested asks why and marks the lead Lost. Call back later asks when, and makes a call-back reminder for you.
