Call a lead from the dashboard and log how it went

You start a call from your computer, and your Android work phone places it. When the call ends, you save how it went on the lead. Use it when you work your leads at a desk.

Available on paid plans. It needs a work phone — the Syncdo Android app signed in on an Android phone. When Call can't ring, it says why, and calls with your leads are still logged from the Android app.

Questions

How do I call a lead from my computer?

Open the lead in the dashboard and click Call from your phone, the phone icon in the purple header; your Android work phone places the call from its work SIM. When the call ends, How did the call go? appears on the lead: pick an outcome, add a note and click Save, or Mark Lost for Not interested (Skip keeps the call logged without an outcome). Call back later sets a reminder, and Not interested asks why and marks the lead Lost. It needs the Syncdo Android app signed in on a work phone; when it can't call, the button says why.

How do I get a work phone?

Sign in to the Syncdo Android app as yourself. That makes the phone your work phone. Each person has one. Until then, Call says "Sign in to the Syncdo app on your work phone".

Can I change the call outcome choices?

Yes. An owner or admin changes them in Settings, then Call Outcomes.
