Send one message to a filtered list

You send one message to many leads from your own number. Use it for an offer or an update that suits a group of leads. Nothing goes until you click Start sending.

Available on paid plans. Where Bulk Send is not available, its screen is shown but locked.

Steps

    Click the purple Bulk Send button in the Syncdo bar.

    Choose who gets it: pick LEAD STAGE pills, check the Recipients list and untick anyone you want to leave out.

  3. 3

    Pick a template.

    Edit the message for this send if you need to, and check the preview.

    Choose Send now, or a time later.

    It goes from your own number, 30–90 seconds apart.

    Tick I understand and click Start sending.

    Send only to people who expect to hear from you.

Questions

How do I send one message to many leads?

Click the purple Bulk Send button in the Syncdo bar, choose who gets it with the LEAD STAGE pills, untick anyone you want to leave out, then pick a template (edit the MESSAGE for this send if you need to) and check the PREVIEW. Choose Send now or a later time, tick I understand and click Start sending. It goes from your own number, one message at a time with a pause between each, so send only to people who expect to hear from you. Where Bulk Send is not available, its screen is shown but locked.

How many messages can I send in a day?

A number sends at most 150 messages a day through Syncdo, and that is also the most one send can take. If you tick more than 150, the first 150 go and the rest wait for a later send. These numbers cannot be changed.

Is Bulk Send safe for my number?

Syncdo sends one message at a time from your own number, with a random 30 to 90 second gap, in bursts of 25 to 35 with a 25 to 35 minute pause between bursts. That spacing is what keeps your number looking like a person. Send only to people who know you and expect to hear from you.

Does WhatsApp Web need to stay open while Bulk Send runs?

Yes. Messages go out from your browser, not from a server.

What if someone replies before their message goes out?

For a Send later campaign, Skip anyone who replies before this goes out is ticked by default. It works only for contacts whose incoming messages Syncdo has recorded. A Send now send does not skip people who reply.

Does my edit in Bulk Send change the template?

No. Edits apply to this send only, and the template's attachments still go. A repeating send always uses the template as saved.
