Work your leads in Contacts

You see every lead in one table and work them from there. Use it to sort, find who has gone quiet, and call from your computer.

Call from your phone and WhatsApp on phone need a work phone — the Syncdo Android app signed in on an Android phone. When they can't call, the buttons say why.

Steps

  1. 1

    Open Contacts.

    Every lead is in one table.

  2. 2

    Sort by Recent activity, Recently added, Recently modified, Name or Stage.

    No contact 7d+ shows leads nobody has been in touch with for a week.

  3. 3

    Columns shows, hides and reorders columns.

  4. 4

    Click a lead to open it.

    Every detail edits in place, Notes saves with Enter, and the arrows step to the next lead.

    To call the lead, click Call from your phone, the phone icon in the lead header.

    Your Android work phone places the call from its work SIM. WhatsApp on phone opens the chat on that phone.

Questions

How do I see all my leads in the dashboard?

Open Contacts to see every lead in one table. Sort by Recent activity, Recently added, Recently modified, Name or Stage; No contact 7d+ shows leads nobody has contacted for a week, and Columns shows, hides and reorders columns. Click a lead to edit its details in place and step through with the arrows. Call from your phone and WhatsApp on phone need the Android app on a work phone.

Can I choose which columns show in Contacts?

Yes, with Columns. Your choice is kept for you in this browser.

Why do I not see every lead in Contacts?

A rep sees only the leads assigned to them. An owner or admin can change this in Settings, then Users & Roles.

Why does "Call from your phone" say it cannot call?

It needs a work phone (the Syncdo Android app signed in on an Android phone). When it can't call, the button says why. Until you sign in to the app, it says "Sign in to the Syncdo app on your work phone".
