Read your deals board

You see every open deal by stage, and move deals forward. Use it to see what your pipeline is worth and which deals are stuck.

Steps

  1. 1

    In the sidebar, under Sales, click All deals.

  2. 2

    Every open deal sits in its stage column, with the count and total at the top.

  3. 3

    Drag a card to the next stage.

    Won or Lost closes it from the card.

  4. 4

    Switch to the All deals tab for closed deals.

    Filter by outcome, date or Assigned to.

  5. 5

    Cancel deal marks a won deal that later fell through.

Questions

Where do I see all my deals?

In the sidebar, under Sales, click All deals; every open deal sits in its stage column, with the count and total at the top. Drag a card to the next stage, and use Won or Lost on the card to close it. The All deals tab lists closed deals; filter by outcome, date or who it is assigned to. Cancel deal marks a won deal that later fell through.

What is the difference between Pipeline and All deals?

Pipeline shows one row per contact, for "where are my people". All deals shows one row per deal, for "what is my book worth".
